ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Payment is by PayPal, for the protection of both of us
You do not need a PayPal account, you can use a credit card or any other form of payment PayPal accepts. We cover the fees.
50% is due at time of booking
50% is due 90 days before occupancy starts
We REALLY REALLY suggest that you acquire trip insurance. Payments are non-refundable.
You are responsible for any local taxes. For instance, in Hawaii the room occupancy tax is about $10 per day.
Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed.
You will have to give your credit card to the property when you check in.
